          My nephews Paul Zippi
and Sam Milakofsky are proud “Girl Dads”, a phrase made famous with Kobe Bryant’s passing. Bryant raised Roman Catholic spent his youth in Rieti, Italy from age 5 to 13 and spoke fluent
Italian, complete with hand gestures. His love of Italy
is reflected in the names
he chose for his daughters. Gianna Marie-Onore Bryant who passed with her dad, Bianka Bella, Natalia Diamante & Capri Kobe. Bryant made Lower Merion High School shine when he asked singer Brandy to his Senior Prom. Truly an international hero missed around the world, RIP Kobe and thanks for being a shining example of family values at a time when the world needs one.

permitting, SeapointPier. com premieres The Wild- wood Airshow featuring aviators from around the world, including the U.S.
Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcon Demo, Scott Francis Airshows — MXS High

And, in restaurant news, if you’re a patron of Anthony’s in Drexel Hill, Paxon Hollow Country Club, The IATSIE Ballroom or The Oaks in Glenolden, look out for Chef Anthony’s newest venture in Sea Isle.
Pennsylvania is producing some unique opportunities
in the libations industry. My recent guest on The Hank Cisco Show was co-owner Joe Amoroso of PENNSYLVANIA
DISTILLING COMPANY located in Malvern. Keeping it ‘all in the family’, his partner, Richard Buoni Is also his brother in law and chief engineer of the brewing process. Following their mission “To the early settlers of America,
the land now known as Pennsylvania was a new frontier and rum was produced in early stills to meet the needs of both the commoner and explorer.” They are exploring their
love of adventure by sharing small batch blends of PA Liberty Rye Whiskey, First City Small-Batch Vodka, Frontier Explorer’s Gold
Rum, Old City White Rye Whiskey, Founders Artisan Dry Gin and Frontier Explorer’s White Rum. Currently in 15 Pennsylvania
State Stores, with Chicago in their future, check out their tasting room in Malvern www.PennDistilling.com. And yes, Joe has family connections to the famous Amoroso Bread Company, ask him to tell you the story or listen to it on The Hank Cisco Show.

Rev. Jean-Marie Benjamin. Benjamin, having meet Padre Pio with his parents as a youth, is spreading God’s word in a unique way. A Catholic priest born in France (1974) and living in Italy, he once worked as
an assistant to the Vatican Secretary of State and became an activist for lifting Iraq sanctions prior to the 2003 Invasion of Iraq. He is the author of the official “UNICEF Hymn”, “Ode
to the child”, created in Rome in April 1984 and Paul Mc Cartney recorded it on CD. A great family
film, $10 tickets available
at www.amblertheater.org. For information on this film and Benjamin’s visit call tour coordinator Frank 610.308.9808.
For my dear friend Alice, may you find your lost treasure one day, here’s a short prayer for everyone to keep handy.
