Hearing about Wawa being a family business for 55 years, got me looking for Italian American family business celebrating longevity aside from the funeral parlors on Broad Street. of Rizzo’s Sons of Italy Lodge, she is also a doting ‘special needs’ grandmother and active with The Red Ball. Hall celebrating Frank Rizzo’s 99th Birthday. A Cisco tradition usually in
the sweltering heat of July, celebrate Italian heritage and contributions to the city.
A special shout-out to Norristown’s own Hank Cisco, 96 and still bobbing and weaving, while on
hospice, working on the twice-weekly Fall 2019 TV line up for his popular Hank Cisco Show on the air
over 25 years. Produced at Norristown High School by students under the direction of teacher and sponsor John Doyle, this is a public access show not to be missed.
Watch out for this young 22 year old Italian from Media. News on Tracy Price Lochetto’s twin son Chef Will who already has a food plate cover in Philadelphia Magazine. Accepted for the rare and coveted spot on
the team opening the Four Season’s restaurant under Michelin Star Chef Jean- Georges on the 59th Floor of the Comcast Technology Center, it is an experience of a lifetime. Look for the official opening August 12th. How exciting to watch as
his talents grow under this Master.
Growing up “On the way to Cape May” the Al Alberts version, I have to give you my favorite Cape May County spots to enjoy while we’re still at the height of the summer.
