Henry’s at the Farm’s team celebrates its “Best of the Hudson Valley 2017” win, for “Best Martini!” The concept of farm-to-table is an integral part of Henry’s signature cocktails, taking full advantage of the organic herbs, vegetables, and fruits grown on the property at Buttermilk’s own Millstone Farm. Henry’s team likes to think of their craft cocktails as being “From Barn to Bar.” Along with martini- master Javier Rodriguez’s award-winning “Best Martini,” notable examples include the Pear Collins with locally sourced vodka and Millstone Farm pear and rosemary puree, and the Apple Butter Bourbon Ball with Millstone Farm apples and Minard Farm’s Cider. During cold weather months Henry’s resurrects classic hot cocktails such as The Hot Toddy, made with Millstone Farm honey.
