on Wawa Hill
Few Delco institutions are as beloved as our Wawa convenience stores
and almost every Delco native can recognize the iconic goose in the company’s logo. However, the ground that Wawa Dairies founder George Wood purchased in 1890 is now filled with much more than just geese. This 16-acre farm in Media is now home to a host of farm animals, including goats, pigs, turkeys, peacocks, and — visitor favorites — a small herd of alpacas! The farm is open by appointment for eco tours, birthday parties (yes, you get to pet the alpacas!), and private event rentals.

Wayne Business Association > WayneBusiness.com
In addition to promoting businesses in the heart of the Main Line, the Wayne Business Association is in the business of encouraging family fun for
residents and guests of the 19087. The Radnor Fall Festival, always on the third Sunday of September, fills North Wayne and West Avenues with food, music, local vendors, and carnival rides. On the first weekend
in December, families can listen
to strolling carolers, ride in horse- drawn carriages, and welcome Santa with a parade in his honor at Christmas in Wayne. And, of course, dinner at any of Wayne’s fabulous restaurants, followed by a movie at the iconic Anthony Wayne Theater, makes for a more intimate — but still festive — night out any day of the year.
