University of Delaware Willard Hall & McDowell Hall Renovations
Gbuild constructed beautiful and functional new classrooms, offices, a laboratory and lounge spaces in Willard Hall and McDowell Hall. The new space brings a dated, 1960’s building up to current standards and expectations for faculty and students. The renovations include new HVAC controls for comfort, updated technology in the classrooms and an overall improved look, while working within an occupied space with students and faculty, and ensuring work did not interfere with day-to-day operations of the building.
