To strengthen, enhance, and advance nonprofits and the sector in Delaware through advocacy, training, capacity building, and research.

Our vision is that the Delaware nonprofit sector is empowered to achieve an inclusive, thriving, and vibrant community. We seek
to support nonprofit leaders and boards of directors in strengthening their leadership impact, providing resources to improve nonprofit planning and operational resiliency, encouraging nonprofit collaboration and connections, and advocating for the Delaware nonprofit sector.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
                      Our donors believe in multiplying the effect of leadership and board excellence. They know when they invest in DANA, they invest in strengthening the entire nonprofit sector. DANA has giving opportunities to fit any budget.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
We host internships for students in public policy, governance, marketing and communications, and nonprofit leadership. Some of our educational events are led by volunteers looking to share a specific expertise with the nonprofit community.
