Editor’s Note
In putting together this first Baltimore Fishbowl Home & Real Estate Guide, it became clear that giving people advice on their homes is a tricky business. We are not decorators or real estate
professionals; we just look at a lot of houses — day after day (after day!). I write a column for Baltimore Fishbowl called Hot House and spend a lot of time talking to people who love houses. This includes real estate agents, contractors, and deco- rators, as well as buyers and sellers. It also includes people like our friends at Live Baltimore, who are every day reminding us of the incredible range of great neighborhoods right here in Baltimore City.
