The Dorsey Campbell Group

Office: 410-697-4005; Dorsey: 410-967-3661; Liz: 410-365-1064
Most mornings, you can spot DORSEY CAMPBELL and LIZ BOYCE of the Dorsey Campbell Group in running shoes, briskly walking Circle Road in Ruxton. This ritual represents both their weekly sales meeting and the spirit of their business.
“We are very professional with a smack of fun.”
Dorsey, a native Baltimorean, is actively involved in the community,
while Liz connects with many families through her role as Riderwood School’s PTA President. “We lead motivated, positive lives, and our clients know who we are.”
Dorsey’s career began 18 years ago, after her second child was born. Thirteen years ago, she hired Liz and has mentored her since. They joke, “We are the same person.”
This is what sets their team apart. Each delivers the same level of personal and professional service. They play off of one another’s strengths and surround themselves with the best talent in the industry. Not surprisingly, most of their clients are from their everyday lives. And while their
social media tags #lovealocal and #theperfecthome have been very successful,
they still believe in the personal touch. Just inside their office door sits a stack of stationery and a mailbox full of handwritten notes. For Dorsey and Liz, personal service is paramount.

Office: 443-708-7074; Lisa: 443-465-1580; Bonnie: 443-831-3790
For local agents LISA HARDIMAN and BONNIE MARKELL, dis- covering their clients’ reasons for buying or selling a home is essential to their job and the process begins a relationship with clients that often lasts through many milestones of their lives. Both agents were hooked on real estate early. Bonnie’s career began in 1969 when she purchased her first home in Federal
Hill. She spent 25 years buying and selling homes until she became a fully licensed agent in 1989.
Lisa started her career with her weekly perusal of the Baltimore Sun’s Open House section. Like a budding agent, she matched listed houses with friends in the market. Soon, she and Bonnie were a team.
Today, their motto, “Whether coming or going, we have the keys,” underscores the level of personal service they provide, beginning long before a house goes on the market.
Lisa and Bonnie feel privileged to have worked with generations of clients. They find that younger clients increasingly recognize a home's potential. They enjoy working with them and have no plans to slow down. “Being a realtor has no age limits. As long as you love it and have fun doing it, there is no reason to stop.”
