In the specialty category of carpentry and drywall/acoustical, Spacecon is presented with an Excellence for The Archer Group. Spacecon was proud to be a part of Bancroft Construction Company’s team to fit-out the Archer Group’s new office space in Wilmington. This tenant fit-out was a modern and open layout in an existing building.

WOHLSEN CONSTRUCTION
Wohlsen Construction is awarded an Excellence in the GC/
CM $30-60 million category for CSC. CSC selected Wohlsen and NORR Architects to complete the company’s new global headquarters, spanning nearly 150,000 feet. The four-story building provides CSC with a cutting-edge workplace to attract talent and serve its clients.
